Our Central Division plays a vital role in ensuring that our operational and administrative functions are delivered efficiently, enabling us to maintain the highest standards of care across our organisation.



The Salesforce Team leader / technical lead will mentor and lead our team of Salesforce professionals in delivering a stable and effective platform to our business users. As a strong and experienced Salesforce Team leader they will actively be involved in all aspects of the day to day technical work along with providing leadership and direction to those in the team.



This role is full time, 37.5 hours per week.



Location of the role: The role will predominantly be remote however applicant must live within commutable distance to our IT office for regular team meetings.

What you'll be doing





Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce Administrators, ensuring best practices and professional growth. Oversee the administration, configuration, and maintenance of the Salesforce platform. Drive the implementation of Agile methodology in Salesforce development projects, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives. Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into effective Salesforce solutions.
