Our Central Division plays a vital role in ensuring that our operational and administrative functions are delivered efficiently, enabling us to maintain the highest standards of care across our organisation.



We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Development Lead & Team Leader to oversee the design, development, and optimisation of our Salesforce platform. This role combines hands-on technical leadership with people management responsibilities. You will be the primary decision-maker for technical solutions within Salesforce, ensuring best practice, scalability, and alignment with business needs, while guiding and mentoring a small team of Salesforce Administrators.

This role is full time, 37.5 hours per week.



Location of the role: The role will predominantly be remote however applicant must live within commutable distance to our IT office based in Bristol for regular team meetings.

What you'll be doing



Technical Leadership

Own all technical decision-making for Salesforce architecture, configuration and development. Act as a subject matter expert for Salesforce across the business Lead the design, build and implementation of custom developments, integrations and automation. Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, coding standards and security policies.

Hands-on Development and Support

Develop Apex classes, triggers, Lightening Web Components, Flows and API's. Manage and resolve complex technical issues and escalations. Oversee day to day platform maintenance and improvements.

Team Leadership & Collaboration

Supervise and mentor a small team of Salesforce Administrators. Prioritise workloads, assign tasks and provide technical guidance. Act as a liaison between IT leadership, business stakeholders, and the Salesforce team


What you'll bring to the role





Proven Salesforce technical leadership and development experience Expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and API integrations Experience managing or guiding a small team Strong communication and problem-solving skills Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer II, Technical Architect, Administrator) highly desirable. Ability to travel to Bristol office when required.
