A proactive, self-starter who will lead a Development Team Produce designs when required Represent Team on Client calls and conduct client presentations Experience of Salesforce Service Cloud - must Willing able to attend the customer's site in central London if required
(though predominantly working remotely)
6+ years of relevant Salesforce Development Experience Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience Cloud hands on configuration and administration (inc. lightning page layouts, email / routing, custom object definition, list views, dynamic forms) Expertise on Out of the box capabilities of Service Cloud including Entitlements / SLA Management Implementation of complex Salesforce Flows Knowledge of Salesforce Apex and LWC development Git software version control Familiar with Salesforce SFDX / Visual Studio Code Comfortable with agile delivery with Jira task management Experience with Devops Deployment - CI / CD Pipeline

You'll be working with NTT Data UK&I Salesforce Practice under the Delivery and Governance Sub practice, and will be joining the Development team for Public Sector / Service Cloud clients.
