Techno-Functional Consultant :
We are looking for a Techno-Functional Consultant to join our team as a Salesforce evangelist, working on our client projects to ensure we are delivering maximum value from the Salesforce product. The aim of the role will be to produce solutions based on Salesforce using declarative functionality with a key focus on Sales and Service Clouds. The individual will also contribute towards determining and improving best practice and implementation patterns for all client engagements.
Responsibilities:
Project Work
Run discovery and design workshops
Guide business stakeholders on Salesforce best practices
Shadow business stakeholders to understand the as-is and document pain points
Create process flows, state diagrams and other artefacts to support the design
Run play back sessions to confirm scope and solution
Contribute to a High-Level Design with support from the architecture team
Refine User Stories along with technical leads on a project
Create Low Level Designs to meet requirements for configurable development
Run Show and Tell sessions
Support training sessions
Practice Development
Identify reusable assets (design patterns, principles, technical components) and take ownership of accelerator creation
Be the SME of a Salesforce Cloud, and run training sessions for colleagues (e.g. lunch and learn)
Mentor Functional Consultants and BAs
Business Development
Assist pre-sales by contributing to discovery sessions, writing solution summaries and building demos
Personal Development
Ensure certifications and up to date knowledge of Salesforce releases are maintained and provide guidance to other team members with their PD goals
Engage with the Salesforce ecosystem, building relationships with ISVs, specialist partners, and Salesforce SEs
Competencies
Commercial Awareness
Take ownership of the scope of the project, managing client expectations and helping client alignment with design principles (i.e. out-of-the-box first)
Understand the Pre-Sales Processes and how we produce estimates and solution summaries
Knowledge
Experience with at least 3 implementations of Sales and/or Service Cloud, where you were responsible for key areas of development
Ability to work in a cross-skilled role, taking responsibility for business analysis and design/build of configurable development
Experience with declarative automation tools such as Flow or Omniscripts
