About the role

We are looking for a detail-oriented

Salesforce Test Lead

to ensure the quality and reliability of our applications through comprehensive testing processes. The Test Engineer will be heaving involved in our global transformation CRM (Salesforce) and Middleware (MuleSoft) from our existing legacy systems.

Key responsibilities will include

Design and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to validate software functionality. Conduct functional and non-functional testing, ensuring performance, security, and usability compliance. Perform unit, integration, system, and acceptance testing to verify application integrity. Participate in workshop-driven projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to refine testing strategies. Work effectively with remote teams and third-party suppliers to coordinate testing efforts. Document and track defects using bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA). Develop and maintain automated test scripts using industry-standard tools. Conduct

API testing

and ensure smooth system integrations. Provide detailed test reports and recommendations for improving application reliability

Essential Skills & Experience

Experience testing applications in a

Salesforce.com

and

MuleSoft

environment. Understanding of

Salesforce Service Cloud, OMS, and API integrations.

Hands-on experience with MuleSoft API testing tools Proven experience in software testing, including manual and automated testing methodologies. Experience working in workshop-driven project to enhance collaboration and problem-solving. Ability to work with remote teams and third-party suppliers, ensuring effective communication and coordination. Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and SDLC processes. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
