W Christie hire and sell torque tools and we require an Administrator for maternity cover.
You will work as part of a team and will need to be motivated, efficient and well organised.
You will need to be comfortable speaking with Customers on the telephone so a friendly and professional manner is required.
You will be involved with assisting our external sales team.
The role will be varied and will include all aspects of office administration so a flexible nature is required.

Dealing with sales and hire calls, and emails, and determining customer's requirements
Preparing quotations
Raising advice notes using computerised systems
Arranging couriers
Maintaining stock levels
Preparing end of month hire invoices
Updating spreadsheets and data inputting
Helping with other administrative duties as required

Typing skills are required
Familiar with Microsoft and Outlook.
Familiar with Access would be advantageous
Must have good working knowledge of Excel and Word Packages
