Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing customers, scheduling meetings, and preparing quotations.
- Assist in the preparation of projects
- Maintain customer databases and update contact information as needed
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about our products
- Process sales orders and ensure timely delivery to customers
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Administrator or in a similar role
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Ability to use Sage 50 Accounts Software, with previous experience
- Experience with imports & exports would be an advantage as we sell products worldwide
