Sales/lettings Negotiator
Job Description
We are looking for a self motivated individual who wants to work in the property industry. The ideal individual will possess great people skills, good phone manner and be computer literate. If you want to be part of a great team and work for a local family firm within the property industry then we want to hear from you. Training will be provided, previous Estate Agency experience is preferred but not essential for the right individual. We would EXPECT candidates to live in the Bishop Auckland area, ideally not more than a 20 minute drive away. The skills we are looking for in an individual are as follows: Sales / Lettings Negotiator -
- Identify potential buyers and secure viewings
- Follow up viewing and secure offers
- Undertake negotiations
- Give prompt reports on progress and successful sales
- Achieve Individual targets
- Adhere to companies best practice
- Property Inspections
- UK Driving License (min 2 years).
- Own (reliable) Car essential.
- Great Customer Service and Work Ethic
