Sales & Lettings Negotiator

to join our friendly team.

What you'll be doing:

Welcoming clients into the office and providing excellent customer service. Conducting property viewings with prospective buyers and tenants. Building strong relationships with clients, landlords, and buyers. Handling enquiries both in person and over the phone. Negotiating offers between parties to achieve successful outcomes. Supporting the smooth running of both sales and lettings transactions.
What we're looking for:

A confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills. Enthusiasm for property and delivering first-class service. Self-motivated, organised, and able to manage your workload effectively. A team player who thrives in a busy environment. Full UK driving licence and access to a car (essential)
