We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales and Lettings Negotiator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for facilitating the sale and rental of properties, providing exceptional customer service to clients, and ensuring a smooth transaction process. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for the property market.
Duties
Engage with clients to understand their property needs and preferences.
Conduct viewings of properties, highlighting key features and benefits.
Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers or landlords and tenants.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the local property market and trends.
Prepare and manage property listings across various platforms.
Provide administrative support including preparing contracts and documentation.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team targets and objectives.
Skills
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with clients.
Strong administrative abilities to manage paperwork and documentation efficiently.
Organisational skills to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Multilingual capabilities are advantageous for engaging with a diverse clientele.
