What are we looking for?
We are looking to recruit an experienced Sales & lettings negotiator top work from our Hartlepool branch.
This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate who will be responsible for dealing with sales and lettings inquiries to achieve targets and ensure we continue to deliver the highest service levels to all our customers.
Sales and or lettings experience is essential, although training will be provided.

A day in the life of a sales & lettings negotiator
You will start your day with the branch morning meeting with the rest of your team
You will process all sales and lettings leads
You will have a keen eye on opportunity and securing new business
You will review & negotiate sales offers
You will book viewings and secure offers and applications
You will process lettings applications and prepare move in paperwork
You will actively progress and manage sales pipeline
You will provide regular updates to landlords and vendors regarding the sale and rental of their property
The job is subject to suitable references.
The hours required are 37.5 per week, Monday - Friday as well as one Saturday in three, from 9am -12pm.
