Job Overview:

Your-Move James Barrett are seeking a Sales and Lettings Negotiator to join our small and busy team in Crossgates Leeds. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, be well presented and articulate and have good local knowledge of Leeds. The hours can be flexible but will include every Friday, Saturday 9am to 4pm and Monday, with additional days or hours available for the rest of the week. You must also have use of a car. Estate Agency experience would be ideal but this is a great opportunity for someone from a customer service or retail background looking to start a career in estate agency or for someone coming back into the industry after a career break.

We are a small, busy and successful Estate Agents, who pride ourselves on customer service.

Duties:

- Conduct property viewings for potential buyers and tenants

- Build and maintain relationships with landlords, tenants, buyers, and sellers

- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales or rental process
- Handle administrative tasks related to property transactions

Experience:

- Previous experience in estate agency is preferred
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail
- Demonstrate previous customer service experience

Pay: 12.25-13.00 per hour
