We have an opportunity for a Sales and Lettings Negotiator to join our fantastic team in South Liverpool.

Key requirements of the role:

Handle leads which are provided through various marketing channels and inbound calls. Register applicants and match applicants to properties. Arrange and attend viewings. Supervision of an effective applicant database, ensuring regular contact is made with all prospective tenants and buyers. Achieve pre-agreed targets Liaise and negotiate offers between landlords and tenants. Liaise and negotiate offers between vendors and buyers. Communicate with landlords and vendors in regards to marketing feedback, viewings and hot prospects. Provide practical solutions to landlords and vendors with regards to achieving a prompt let/sale. Generate new and repeat business opportunities for market appraisals, instructions and viewings. Canvassing / leafleting to seek new business opportunities, including targeting competitors. Signing up tenants and assisting/working through the whole tenancy check in process. Ensure all lettings offers are accepted, all terms agreed and application forms are completed in full by prospective tenants. Communicate with vendors and put forward offers from buyers and agree terms with clients. Progress transactions accurately and efficiently. Maintain office systems/software and working procedures Efficient diary management. Correctly record all messages, viewings and appointments. Build and maintain excellent working relationships with staff, customers, clients and suppliers. Demonstrate high standards of professionalism and provide a first-class level of customer service at all times
Must Have's

IT Literate Display a high degree of common sense Attention to detail Confident in decision making Work well under pressure
Previous estate agency experience or a sales baclkground is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided. Salary is dependent on experience and excludes uncapped commission.

Job Type: Full-time

Scehdule: Monday - Saturday (time off in lieu for Saturday's worked)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to 26,000.00 per year
