Sales/lettings Negotiator
Job Description
Woodbury Homes is an established Sales and Lettings Estate Agency based on Loughton High Road. We are recruiting for a full time Sales & Lettings Negotiator who enjoys engaging with the public, helping to generate new business, as well as developing relationships with our existing clients.
The role will suit somebody new to the industry or with some experience. We are ideally looking for a candidate with some local knowledge. The hours will be between 8.40 - 18.00, Monday to Friday (with one day off) and 8.40 - 17.00 every Saturday.
The role is a mixture of office work and external appointments, where the main responsibilities will be to register potential buyers and tenants; book viewings; conduct viewings; and gain their feedback from these appointments. Training will be provided to do these jobs effectively as well as to recommend certain in house services that will benefit each client. As time passes and experience is gained, the correct candidate will be trained to receive and forward offers to clients too.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 12,000.00-25,000.00 per year
