We are now looking for an enthusiastic and driven sales and lettings negotiator to join our dynamic highly regarded team.

This position requires strong communication and organisational skills, along with a passion for property

Responsibilities

Engage with clients to understand their property needs and preferences. Conduct viewings, showcasing property features and benefits. Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers or landlords and tenants to achieve mutually beneficial agreements. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, property listings, and transactions. Provide administrative support including managing documentation, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.Build and maintain relationships with clients keeping them informed throughout the process. Manage property listings ensuring accurate information is presented on social media and all our platforms. Utilise IT systems to track Sales update client record manage appointments efficiently. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance team performance and achieve targets.

Experience

Previous administrative experience is essential for managing the various tasks associated with this role. Strong communication skills are required to effectively engage with clients and negotiate deals. Excellent organisational skills are necessary to manage multiple properties and client requests efficiently. Proven experience in sales or lettings within the residential sector is an advantage but we would welcome enthusiastic individuals looking to break into the industry.
