We are seeking a proactive and personable Sales and Lettings Negotiator to join our dynamic team. Duties
Engage with prospective buyers and tenants to understand their requirements and preferences
Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information to clients
Negotiate offers between buyers, tenants, and landlords to secure mutually beneficial agreements
Manage administrative tasks such as preparing tenancy agreements, sales documentation, and updating client records
Assist in marketing properties through various channels including online listings and social media
Maintain regular contact with clients to provide updates and support throughout the transaction process
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure high standards of customer service and operational efficiency
Requirements
Proven administrative experience with strong organisational skills
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written3
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a target-driven environment
Professional demeanour with a proactive approach to problem-solving
Previous experience in property sales or lettings is preferred but not essential; full training will be provided for motivated candidates
Valid UK driving licence is mandatory
