Duties

Act as the primary point of contact for clients interested in buying, selling, or renting properties. Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information to prospective buyers or tenants. Negotiate offers between buyers/tenants and vendors/landlords to secure mutually beneficial agreements. Manage administrative tasks such as preparing offers, tenancy agreements, and other documentation. Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and property details within the agency's database. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals. Assist in marketing properties through various channels, including online listings and social media platforms. Keep abreast of local property market trends and legislative changes affecting sales and lettings.

Skills

Proven administrative experience with excellent organisational skills to manage multiple client files efficiently. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively liaise with clients, vendors, landlords, and colleagues. Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve a diverse client base effectively. Exceptional organisational skills to coordinate viewings, meetings, and follow-ups seamlessly. A proactive approach with the ability to work independently whilst contributing positively within a team environment. Confidence in negotiating deals while maintaining professionalism at all times.
