About the Role
We are looking for a
Sales & Lettings Negotiator
to join our fast-paced and growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven individual who is eager to close deals, earn commission, and progress within the company. Key Responsibilities:
Engage with clients to understand their property needs and preferences
Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information to potential tenants and buyers
Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers, and tenants and landlords
Register applicants and match them with suitable properties
Maximise branch income by offering additional services such as mortgages and conveyancing
Handle administrative tasks, including preparing contracts and maintaining accurate records
Ensure
exceptional customer service
throughout the sales and lettings process
Work towards and exceed sales targets
Requirements:
12 months+ experience in estate agency
(sales or lettings)
Highly driven
and motivated to close deals and earn commission
Integrity, honesty, and a customer-first approach
Ambitious and eager to progress
within the company
A full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
