The ideal candidate will have previous estate agency sales experience, strong organisational skills, and a professional, customer-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of residential properties, acting as a main point of contact for landlords and tenants
Handle property sales and lettings from instruction through to completion
Conduct property viewings and market appraisals
Negotiate offers between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants
Liaise with solicitors, mortgage advisors, contractors, and other stakeholders
Ensure compliance, accurate record keeping, and CRM updates
Support property marketing across portals and social media
Assist with developing sales processes and supporting future sales team growth
Deliver excellent customer service and maintain long-term client relationships
Skills & Experience:
Essential
Previous experience in residential property sales
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Good organisational and time management abilities
Confident using CRM systems and property portals
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Desirable
Property management experience
Experience supporting or mentoring colleagues
