Summary

We are seeking a motivated Sales and Lettings Negotiator to join our dynamic team at Smartamove Limited in the heart of the UK property market. In this role, you will play a vital part in connecting clients with their ideal properties while upholding our commitment to outstanding customer service.

Schedule

Monday, Tuesday and Friday 09:00 - 17:00

Every other Saturday 09:00 - 14:00

Responsibilities

Assist clients with property viewings and negotiations Carry out property inspections Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and landlords Conduct market research to identify new opportunities Prepare and present property listings effectively Manage administrative tasks related to sales and lettings processes Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets Provide excellent customer service throughout the buying or renting process

Qualifications

Proven experience in sales or lettings negotiation (highly preferred) Strong communication skills, both verbal and written (high) Administrative experience is a plus (somewhat) Organizational skills with attention to detail (somewhat) Multilingual abilities are advantageous (somewhat) A proactive approach to problem-solving Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Valid driver's license and own vehicle (required)
