Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales & Marketing Assistant to work directly alongside our Managing Director, Mark Brown. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience, learn every aspect of the business, and contribute to our continued growth.

This role would suit a recent college leaver, someone starting their career, or an ambitious individual looking for an apprenticeship-style position to develop their skills in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

Assist with day-to-day sales and marketing activities Help manage and update the company website and social media platforms Support the creation of marketing materials and campaigns Prepare sales quotes, presentations, and proposals for clients Liaise with suppliers and customers to ensure smooth operations Maintain CRM records and track sales leads Provide general administrative support to the Managing Director

What We're Looking For:

Positive, "can-do" attitude and eagerness to learn Good written and verbal communication skills Strong organisational skills with attention to detail Confident using social media and basic website tools Interest in sales, marketing, and business development Ability to work independently and as part of a small team Full UK driving licence preferred (not essential)
