There are 5 key responsibilities for this role which are:



Sales Support & Lead Nurturing

- Following up with enquiries, qualifying leads, keeping the CRM updated, and helping turn interest into appointments or sales.

Marketing & Social Media Assistance

- Creating and scheduling posts, responding to messages/comments, and helping keep our brand active online.

Customer Care & Communication

- Being the friendly first point of contact, handling calls/emails, and making sure customers always feel looked after.

Back Office Administration

- Supporting with quotes, paperwork, filing, and general admin to keep the business running smoothly.

Team Growth & Flexibility

- Getting involved wherever needed, whether that's helping on events, supporting projects, or spotting new ideas to improve how we work.

Skills & Requirements



Customer Engagement Skills

- Confident speaking to walk-in customers, building rapport quickly, and making visitors feel welcome in the showroom.

Sales Awareness

- Ability to spot opportunities, explain the value of air conditioning, and guide customers towards the right solution without pushy tactics.

Adaptability

- Comfortable switching between customer service, admin, and marketing tasks depending on the day.

Showroom Presentation

- Pride in keeping the shop tidy, professional, and appealing for customers.

Problem-Solving Ability

- Able to handle unexpected queries, think on their feet, and find solutions without always needing direction.

Tech Savvy

- Confident using social media, email, and modern communication tools to engage with customers and track leads.

Team Player Mindset

- Willing to pitch in across the business, supporting engineers, sales, and management when needed.

Initiative

- Doesn't just wait to be told what to do, but actively looks for ways to improve systems, processes, and customer experience.

Time Management

- Capable of prioritising multiple enquiries, follow-ups, and admin tasks so nothing slips through the net.

- Friendly, approachable, and reliable, giving customers confidence they're dealing with a company that cares.
