Sales, Marketing & Social Media Assistant



A new position has been created for a confident and outstanding individual with meticulous attention to detail to join our team. This role is varied and challenging and will require a broad knowledge of social, print and digital media. The primary functions of the role are to support our sales and management teams in the delivery of the following creative functions:

Manage and maintain social media accounts and create content for the company website social media and e-newsletter
Create beautiful, bespoke property marketing campaigns for weddings , holiday lodge holidays and lodge ownership
Write high quality and original narrative to promote each aspect of the Resort
Produce, coordinate and instruct printed media advertising campaigns
Maintain our Website and update regularly and accordingly
Carry out research on relevant property
Produce new and update existing marketing materials
Liaise with local businesses for cross business promotion
Deliver clear and concise internal and external communications
Curate and co-ordinate Direct and Targeted Mailing campaigns
In addition you'll deliver exceptional customer service and provide sales and business support.

Additional Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of the company's sales and marketing efforts including but not limited to: sales, marketing, product development, customer service, and client relations.

Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to increase brand awareness and sales. Prepare and manage sales reports. Manage the sales development of the new lodges, product presentations, and pricing. Maintain product knowledge and educate customers on new lodges. Develop a sales pipeline by contacting potential customers. Develop and maintain relationships with key contacts in the industry. Develop new marketing materials.
The successful candidate must be proficient in all aspects of office administration including Excel, have experience of managing social media campaigns and have excellent organisational skills to meet the demands of this exciting new role.

Pay: From 13.50 per hour
