We sell collectible coins over the phone - but before you picture cold-calling people all day, let's clear this up:

You'll only be speaking to

warm enquiries

- people who already know about us and are interested in what we do. You don't need to know anything about coins or sales (unless you're secretly a numismatic- in which case...nice). We'll teach you everything, step by step. What matters is your

energy, confidence, and motivation

- we'll show you the ropes, you bring the drive.
Sounds simple? That's because it is. No jargon... just an exciting product, interested customers, and an environment where you can earn money while having fun.

Expect tug-of-war, darts competitions, and even the occasional "Office Olympics." Why? Because happy people perform better. And when you perform better, you earn more. Simple.

What's in it for you:

Basic wage -

12.21 per hour. No one earns just basic wage

OTE 32k in year one

(You can earn lots more)

Uncapped commission

- no limits, no caps, just more cash

40 hours a week

- Mon-Fri, 9-5 (no weekends, no late nights, ever)

Early finishes

- hit daily target, leave at 4pm. Smash your week, go home Friday at 3pm.

Growth -

Do well and move up to account manager (they earn between 50k-100k)

Trust -

We won't micromanage you. Get the job done and skip all the KPI meetings.
