Salesperson - Domestic Cleaning Services: Welwyn Gardens / Hatfield / Watford - Part Time

Poppies of Watford has a Part-time opportunity for a Salesperson to perform Cleaning Request Home visits in the Watford, Welwyn Gardens & or Hatfield Areas. These Home visits are obtained from the Poppies systems and other leads. No cold calling and no marketing required. It is a part-time position therefore remuneration of 20 is paid for each home visit conducted + Performance Bonus + Travel allowance for use of own vehicle.

Applicant must have:

A Driving license and Vehicle to travel to clients. Poppies removable car door magnetic sticker will be provided.

Own Smartphone

You will be responsible for the following:

Client Home visits, taking client requirements: Assess the cleaning job to be done via a walkthrough of the home, confirm that the customer has the appropriate cleaning materials and that the equipment is adequate for the job, to confirm that the estimated time is sufficient for the clean.

The written client requirement (template provided) will be sent to the Operations Manager to load onto the Poppies system which will later become the job-card.

Discuss the prices with client and reach consensus on the hours and frequency of cleaning required at the appropriate Price. (Pricelist provided)

When the business is obtained from the client a Contract will be signed off (1 page Contract provided).

After an agreement on the days and start times, you must take the allocated Cleaning Operative to the first job and show the Operative what needs to be done.

In order to ensure that the client is happy with the service provided, regularly check in with the client, agreeing changes to the job specification and ensuring that the Client is receiving services as requested.

Key Skills:

Well spoken English and the ability to communicate clearly.

Excellent communication skills, well-structured in verbal and written communication.

Ability to take Client mandate and convert into operational requirement.

We are seeking a skilled individual to grow these areas, simultaneously growing with the business. Guidance on the Poppies Home visits and on the Poppies Systems and App will be provided.

Pay: 20.00 per hour
