The Role

We are expanding our digital offerings and seeking a dynamic

Sales & Marketing Executive

to drive client engagement across our newspaper, website, and social media platforms. We're looking for a results-oriented and motivated individual with a passion for media sales. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating advertising revenue across both traditional and digital platforms--print, web, email, and social media. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and understands the evolving media landscape.

Key Responsibilities

Sell advertising space and marketing packages across print, digital, and social platforms Promote and grow our creative branding and print services Develop tailored marketing solutions that deliver strong return on investment for clients Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach Stay informed on industry trends, digital innovations, and competitor activity Collaborate with editorial, design, and digital teams to ensure effective campaign delivery Track campaign performance and provide clients with insightful reporting and recommendations Represent the company at networking events and industry functions

Skills & Experience

Experience in media or advertising sales, ideally within print and digital environments Understanding of advertising across print, online, and social media platforms Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Ability to foster long-term client relationships and manage accounts effectively Self-starter with a proactive approach to achieving and exceeding targets Experience with CRM systems and digital analytics tools preferred Knowledge of SEO and social media marketing is a plus
