Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Salesperson to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through effective communication and customer relationship management.
Responsibilities:
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
- Present, promote, and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
- Analyze the territory/market's potential, track sales, and status reports
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Salesperson or relevant role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills
- Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with industry-specific sales techniques
