Aluminium Window & Door Salesperson

to join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for customer service and a proven ability to close sales. In this role, you'll be the face of our brand -- engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored solutions that reflect the quality and craftsmanship of our products.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and engage customers professionally, identifying their needs to provide an exceptional service experience. Demonstrate expert knowledge of our aluminium windows and doors, clearly communicating features and benefits. Support customers in making confident, informed purchasing decisions. Maintain a clean, organised, and visually appealing showroom or sales area. Accurately process transactions using our point-of-sale system. Follow up with customers after purchase to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships. Work collaboratively with the team to meet sales targets and maintain a positive, proactive environment. Keep up to date with new products, market trends, and competitor offerings.

Requirements:

Proven sales experience, ideally in the window, door, or home improvement industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly. Confident handling objections and resolving customer concerns with professionalism. Strong numeracy skills for managing transactions and stock levels. Experience with CRM systems is preferred. A genuine interest in the industry and our product range is highly desirable.
