Salesperson Lead Generation/business Development

Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Salesperson to join our team, focusing on lead generation, business development, and cold calling within the window industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in aluminium and steel window systems, combined with a tenacious, self-motivated, and "go-getter" attitude. You'll play a critical role in expanding our client base, developing new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Key responsibilities:



Proactively generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and market research. Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline of potential clients in the construction, architectural, and building material sectors. Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers including contractors, architects, and developers. Present and promote aluminium and steel window systems to prospective clients. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met. Maintain accurate records of all sales activities. Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor products, and market dynamics.

Requirements:



Proven sales experience in the window or construction materials industry is essential. In-depth knowledge of aluminium and steel window systems. Strong lead generation and cold calling skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Highly motivated, self-driven, and results-oriented. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:



Minimum of 2-3 years in sales or business development in a related industry. Technical understanding of window system specifications and installation processes.
