Responsibilities

Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences Provide product information and recommendations to assist customers in making informed decisions Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings and industry trends Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business Collaborate with team members to achieve overall sales goals Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques

Experience

must have knowledge of plumbing & heating. Previous experience in a sales or customer service role is must. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with diverse clientele Excellent verbal communication skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanour Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and meeting customer needs
