Displayways Events is a leading name in creative event production, large-format print, and exhibition stand design. We bring brands to life - from modular systems and custom builds to stunning event graphics and activations across the UK and Europe.



We're looking for a motivated, commercially minded Hybrid Sales Manager

to join our team. The ideal candidate will already have a foothold in the print, event, or exhibition industry - and ideally, an existing client base that can benefit from Displayways' production capabilities.

Role Description



This hybrid role involves both client-facing and remote work. You'll be responsible for managing and growing relationships, developing new business opportunities, and ensuring exceptional service delivery from first brief through to final installation.



You'll split your time between the office, client meetings, and remote work, depending on project needs and business activity.



Key Responsibilities





Prospect and secure new business opportunities across print, exhibitions, and live events. Manage existing accounts and nurture long-term client relationships. Understand client needs and present tailored solutions and proposals. Negotiate pricing, contracts, and project terms confidently. Work closely with internal teams (design, production, logistics) to deliver projects seamlessly. Track sales activity, pipeline, and performance using CRM tools. Represent Displayways at trade shows, networking events, and client meetings.

Qualifications & Experience





Proven background in

sales, business development, or account management

within print, events, or exhibitions. Strong

relationship-building, negotiation, and presentation

skills. Excellent

time management and organisational

abilities. Experience using CRM and analytical tools to manage pipelines and client data.

Proactive and self-driven

, able to operate effectively in a hybrid work environment. Existing

client base or strong industry contacts

would be highly advantageous. Eligibility to work in the United Kingdom.
