As we continue to expand, we're looking for motivated, confident individuals to join our

self-employed field sales team

. Whether you've worked in sales before or you're just great with people, this could be the perfect opportunity to earn well and develop your skills.

Responsibilities:

Visiting residential areas and engaging with members of the public to promote broadband services. Conducting needs-based conversations to match customers with suitable broadband packages. Signing customers up directly and ensuring all details are recorded accurately. Attending office-based training and team meetings twice per week. Representing Nova professionally and positively at all times. Working independently in your designated area, while being part of a supportive and collaborative team.

Requirements:

Experience isn't essential, we'll provide all the training you need. What matters most is your energy, attitude, and willingness to learn.

Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong organisational abilities with a keen attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility and adaptability. Confident, outgoing, and comfortable speaking with people face-to-face. Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic. Organised and reliable.
