We are seeking a motivated and experienced Heating & Air Conditioning Sales Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC systems and a proven track record in sales. This role involves developing new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and providing technical support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Business Development:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the air conditioning sector.
Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
Technical Support:
Provide technical advice and support to clients regarding air conditioning systems and solutions.
Conduct site surveys and assessments to determine client needs and requirements.
Collaborate with the engineering team to develop customised solutions for clients.
Customer Service:
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Follow up with clients post-installation to ensure systems are functioning as expected.
Market Analysis:
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
Provide feedback to the management team on market conditions and client needs.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering would be preferable, but other qualifications and experience in HVAC Engineering would be considered.
Minimum of 3 years of experience within the HVAC industry.
Strong technical knowledge of air conditioning systems and solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Valid UK driving license.
