Fleet Sales Leicester are a busy long established Independent Volvo Specialist who have been trading for over 30 years and known for supplying high quality, carefully sourced vehicles with a strong focus on professionalism,transparency and customer care.

Due to our continued success, we are seeking a high calibre Sales /Sales Support professional to join our experienced team. The ideal candidate MUST have previous experience in a similar role.

The Role:

This is a key position combining sales with sales support . You will deliver seamless premium customer service from the initial enquiry through to vehicle handover.

*Creating, writing and uploading vehicles to online platforms

*Uploading and Managing High Quality Vehicle Photographs

*Supporting the Sales Team with enquiries, follow ups and customer communication

*Coordinating vehicle handovers and delivery administration

*Processing vehicle sales accurately from order through to completion

*Handling Customer enquiries by phone, email and face to face in a professional and friendly manner

*Preparing invoices, order forms, finance documentation and compliance paperwork.

*Liasing with finance companies, lenders, warranty providers and suppliers.

*Arranging collection and delivery of vehicles

Registering Vehicles with the DVLA

Working Hours:

Monday-Friday 8.30-5pm

Alternate Saturday 8.30-2pm

Some Bank Holidays with a day off in Lieu.

?he ideal candidate will preferably have

*Previous Motor Trade Sales Admin Experience

*Experience dealing with customers in a sales environment

*Knowledge of Click Dealer or similar platforms

*Professional, confident and customer focused

*Highly organised with excellent attention to detail

*Well presented and comfortable working in a premium environment

*Must have a Full Driving Licence and able to commute reliably to Cosby, South Leicester
