We are seeking an experienced and driven

Senior Sales Negotiator

to join our independent estate agency in Witney. This is a client-facing role requiring excellent communication, negotiation and organisational skills, with a strong focus on delivering outstanding customer service.

On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for:

Proactively generating and following up on sales leads to maximise opportunities. Conducting market appraisals, viewings, and client meetings with professionalism and attention to detail. Negotiating offers between buyers and vendors to achieve successful sales. Managing the sales process from instruction through to completion, ensuring a smooth client journey. Building strong relationships with clients, applicants, to enhance our reputation and secure repeat business. Supporting team members and contributing to overall branch performance. Maintaining accurate records, adhering to compliance standards, and working towards agreed targets.
The ideal candidate will have proven estate agency experience, excellent local market knowledge, and the ability to work independently while also contributing to a close-knit team. A results-driven mindset, confidence in negotiation, and a genuine passion for property are essential.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 20,000.00-25,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

Witney OX28: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Licence/Certification:

Driving Licence (required)
Work Location: In person
