Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the service and sales teams
Manage documentation through our online portal and maintain well-organised server folders
Ensure RAMS (Risk Assessments and Method Statements) are signed, recorded, and filed correctly
Prepare and send relevant documents and paperwork to clients
Keep the service CRM system up to date with accurate information
Handle reception duties, including answering incoming telephone calls
