Elesa is a family-owned business, founded in 1941, with 15 subsidiaries distributing products in over 60 countries. The group employs over 500 people, with 18 based at our UK office.

Due to continued growth, we are excited to offer this position. Our Sales & Service team is a vital part of the business, and the successful candidate will help maintain and expand our high standards. You will join a small team of three, responsible for processing orders and providing direct customer service.

Job Summary



We are seeking a motivated and personable Sales Advisor to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored product recommendations. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop sales skills within a professional environment, contributing to the growth and success of our organisation. The Sales Advisor will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and fostering long-term client relationships.

This role will be a full-time position, based at our UK Office in Metheringham, Lincolnshire. Working hours will be Monday to Friday, 09:00 till 17:00 (09:00 till 16:00 on Friday). While the role is office based, flexibility can be discussed on a case by case basis. The Key Responsibilities:



Accurately process sales orders in company systems Take customer orders, resolve queries, and liaise with suppliers and couriers to meet requirements Accept and process online credit card payments Provide quotations and technical support as needed Support field sales staff and handle requests for product literature and samples Perform general office administration and maintain accurate customer records Monitor order status and proactively inform customers of delays or issues Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards and support management in maintaining procedures Maintain document archives for safe storage and retrieval Promote a positive image of Elesa UK Ltd to customers and visitors Work independently and collaboratively to ensure clear communication and effective teamwork Collaborate with management to develop, implement, and review procedures Support process improvements to streamline workflows and reduce errors Generate reports on sales, customer enquiries, and stock levels to support decision-making Keep up-to-date with product knowledge to provide accurate customer advice Observe health and safety regulations and take reasonable care for your own and others' safety

The Candidate:



You will be a self-motivated individual, with strong organisational skills and a good understanding of the sales order process, the sales of goods, the despatch of goods and customer service.

You should be

Proficient in Office 365 and comfortable using multiple systems daily Have excellent written and verbal communication skills Be customer-focused and comfortable dealing with queries via email and phone Have the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team Have some experience with CRM, ERP, or back-office systems (preferably SAP) Have a familiarity with technical product support

Pay: 23,000.00-27,000.00 per year
