We are a friendly, family-run furniture business looking for a reliable and enthusiastic person to join our team as a

Sales & Warehouse Assistant

. This is a varied role where no two days are the same - you'll be helping customers on the shop floor as well as supporting our warehouse operations.

Your responsibilities will include:

Greeting and assisting customers in-store, offering friendly and knowledgeable service. Maintaining shop displays and ensuring the store looks welcoming. Assisting with stock handling, including deliveries, unpacking, and storage. Helping with furniture assembly, loading/unloading vans, and general warehouse duties. Processing sales and handling payments. Keeping the shop and warehouse tidy and organised.

What we're looking for:

A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to get stuck in. Good communication and customer service skills. Physically fit and able to handle furniture and deliveries safely. Reliable, punctual, and happy to work as part of a small, close-knit team. Previous retail or warehouse experience is helpful, but not essential - training will be provided. A full Clean Driving License Someone with a hands on approach , ready for assembling furniture and moving displays

Pay: 12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
