Use equipment provided to carefully trim smoked salmon fillets, ensuring removal of skin, bones, brown meat and discoloured or excess parts
Work efficiently on a conveyor belt system, meeting production speed and accuracy targets
Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment in line with Health & Safety and Hygiene regulations
Experience & Qualifications:
Experience of working as parr of a team
Previous experience in fish food processing (Desirable but no essential as training will be provided)
Ability to work in a chilled environment for extended periods
Qualities/Requirements:
