Job Description

Salon Manager/ Beauty Therapist required for a well established, busy hair and beauty salon in Ross-on-Wye.

Days will included Monday to Saturday on a set rota, 4 days in total, with a late night included until 8pm.

Total of 34+ hours per week.

To oversee the daily operations of the salon, ensuring the highest standards of customer service, professionalism, and efficiency, while also providing a range of beauty therapy treatments. The Salon Manager / Beauty Therapist is responsible for leading the team, driving sales, maintaining client satisfaction, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Position available to start asap for the right candidate. We are looking for a candidate that has a welcoming and confident personality, along with excellent communication skills and a desire to exceed clients expectations.

Delivering a wide range of treatments, able to work on their own initiative and maintain the excellent standards of work.

All aspects of beauty treatments ( waxing, massage, facials, nails, make up, lashes etc) we also offer a range of advanced treatments- microblading, plasma treatments, microneedling

CACI facials, Thalgo facials, Lash Extensions, Lash Lift, brow lamination, intimate waxing training is a plus but not essential.

NVQ Level 3 or equivalent preferred

We offer ongoing training in new products/ treatments and new qualifications available for you to develop as a therapist.

Requirements-

Manage daily salon operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.

Lead, motivate, and support the team to achieve performance and sales targets.

Assist in marketing and promotional activities to attract and retain clients.

Oversee stock control, ordering, and supplier relationships.

Maintaining a high standard of treatments with clients and a great rapport
