Job Overview


We are seeking an experienced and dynamic

Salon Manager

to lead and oversee daily operations within our vibrant salon environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining the overall organisation of the salon. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual with strong leadership and management skills to contribute to a thriving beauty business. The position is paid and suitable for candidates with a passion for the beauty industry and exceptional organisational abilities.

The right candidate will bring a clientele with them, and will book out time as and when to perform other duties.

Duties



Lead, motivate, and supervise a team of stylists, receptionists, and support staff to deliver outstanding client service Organise staff schedules, appointments, and resource allocation to optimise efficiency Manage retail sales, including merchandising products effectively to maximise revenue Oversee daily salon operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards Build strong relationships with clients through excellent communication skills and personalised service Implement promotional campaigns and sales strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming environment at all times Handle administrative tasks such as stock control, payroll, and reporting Ensure phone etiquette standards are upheld when dealing with clients or suppliers Monitor performance metrics and provide coaching or training as necessary to enhance team productivity Have good social media presence

Requirements



Proven management or supervisory experience within a salon, retail or hospitality environment Strong leadership qualities with excellent communication skills in English; multilingual or bilingual abilities are advantageous Demonstrated team management and organisational skills with the ability to motivate staff effectively Experience in retail or sales management, including merchandising and promotional activities Exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently Good administrative experience including handling bookings, stock control, and basic financial reporting Excellent organisational skills coupled with attention to detail Professional phone etiquette and customer service orientation Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment whilst maintaining high standards of professionalism

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 24,000.00-35,000.00 per year
