The Role

At CourierForce, we're looking for motivated, professional, and personable drivers to join our team. We have both

1 x Full Time

and

1 x Part Time

positions available. Operating on a self-employed basis, you'll represent the South West's leader in same-day transport, working with a wide range of clients across Devon, Cornwall, and the UK.

This is

not multi-drop van work

. It's pick-up-and-go same-day couriering: single drops, high trust, and high standards. From delivering urgent documents and envelopes to palletised freight, every job matters.

Day-to-day, you'll be:

Responding to on-call courier requests. Our team operates 24/7, with the flexibility to deliver across the UK. Carrying out single-drop collections and deliveries ranging in size from parcels and envelopes to palletised loads. Representing CourierForce in a

client-facing role.

Demonstrating afriendly, professional, and easy to work with attitude. Access to one of our fully licensed company vehicles (no need for your own, although

Owner Drivers

are also welcome to apply). Experiencing a highly varied mix of clients and sectors, from aviation to marine, and delivering to locations nationwide.

Essential Experience & Qualities:

Full UK driving licence

(maximum of 3 points required)

. A flexible approach to working hours. Professionalism and reliability under pressure. Enthusiastic, approachable, and confident with clients and delivery receivers. Previous multi-drop or delivery driving experience is essential. A basic mechanical understanding and awareness of vehicle maintenance is desirable but not essential.
Qualifications

No specific academic qualifications are required. This role is about

attitude, adaptability, and professionalism

on the road, with our team, and with our clients.
