Job Overview
We are seeking a Sandwich Maker to join our team in a bustling restaurant setting. The ideal candidate will have a passion for culinary arts and enjoy creating delicious sandwiches for our customers.
We run food vans that we prepare fresh food for every morning before they depart for their day.
6am- Start time.
Bank Holidays and Christmas period we are closed.
Duties
- Prepare a variety of sandwiches according to customer orders
- Ensure food quality and presentation standards are met
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen area
- Assist in stocking ingredients and supplies
- Provide excellent customer service, including upselling when appropriate
- Adhere to food safety regulations and guidelines
- Utilise basic maths skills for order accuracy
Experience
- Previous experience in a restaurant or kitchen environment is desirable
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques is advantageous
- Strong time management skills to handle peak service times efficiently
