Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Sandwich Maker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing a variety of sandwiches while ensuring high standards of food safety and hygiene. This role requires a passion for culinary arts, excellent time management skills, and the ability to provide exceptional customer service through upselling and assistance.

Duties

Prepare and assemble sandwiches according to customer specifications and menu guidelines. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations. Assist customers with their orders, providing recommendations and upselling additional items when appropriate. Manage time effectively to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders during peak hours.

Experience

Previous experience in a restaurant is preferred but not essential. Knowledge of food safety practices is advantageous. A background in food preparation will be beneficial. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting. A friendly disposition with the ability to help customers effectively and create a welcoming atmosphere.

Pay: 10.00-12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 35 per week
