Job Title: SAP Fieldglass Technical SME / Architect
Location: Remote
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 2-3 months (extensions possible)
Utilisation: Part-time, approx. 60%
Contract Type: Freelance / Contract
Overview
We are seeking an experienced SAP Fieldglass Technical SME / Architect to support a high-profile project focused on implementation, integration and migration within the Talent function of a global enterprise. The consultant will collaborate with senior stakeholders including the Technology Lead, Project Manager and Contingent Workforce Lead, bringing both strategic insight and hands-on technical expertise to ensure a successful transition and cut-over.
Responsibilities
Serve as the technical subject matter expert for SAP Fieldglass, advising on architecture, configuration, and best practices
Lead technical workstreams covering the Contingent Worker and Profile Worker modules
Oversee and support the migration of an existing Managed Service Provider (MSP) solution
Provide guidance on global and local configurations, ensuring compliance with organisational and regulatory requirements
Manage technical integration with SAP SuccessFactors and other enterprise platforms
Deliver cut-over planning, troubleshooting, and issue resolution during migration phases
Partner with project stakeholders to achieve delivery milestones within agreed timelines
Requirements
Eligibility

Residency in the UK, EU, EEA or Switzerland

Must-Have Experience
In-depth expertise with SAP Fieldglass, specifically the Contingent Worker and Profile Worker modules
Proven experience leading MSP migrations in global enterprises (or similar large-scale environments)
Strong knowledge of global vs local SAP Fieldglass configurations
Practical experience integrating with SAP SuccessFactors
Ability to combine strategic advisory skills with hands-on technical implementation
