Job description


Main Objectives of the Position




Based in Immingham / Hybrid

Regional centre of excellence for the SAP C11 and S4/Hana and ancillary ERP systems; Partner with the wider group SAP team to provide seamless transition to new upgrades; Partner with FP&A manager to automate fit for purpose analytic tools and dashboards; Provide business analyst support to the Productivity department.

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

Work in accordance with relevant legislation, Company Health & Safety Policy, Nippon Gases Safety Principles Be responsible for own Health and safety and promote positive safety culture in others Specific HESQ related responsibilities are documented in the HRIS record

Financial - Internal



Super user status for SAP S/4HANA and C11. Requires a broad knowledge of SAP functionality to support all areas of the business; Proactively assisting with the management of reporting, liaising with department managers / supervisors on a regular basis; Developing and maintaining a suite of fit for purpose training material for each ERP system; Building and maintaining a wide range of reports, using the embedded analytics within SAP; Assist in solving complex technical (SAP) challenges faced by the business; Assist with future system implementation processes and migration of external databases;

Delivery of module training to co-workers; General system maintenance and housekeeping;

Preparation of Customer Revenue analysis

QUALIFICATIONS, TRAINING & EXPERIENCE



Broad knowledge of SAP S/4HANA functionality; Educated to degree level in relevant subject; A commitment to study available resources / courses relevant to job role; Excellent IT skills; General programming knowledge or familiar with SQL scripts; Commitment to learn additional SAP modules as may be required in the future; Problem solving and root cause analysis; Excellent organisational and communication skills; Work well on own initiative; Experience supporting the area of (financial) reporting is a plus; Capable of meeting strict deadlines; Excellent attention to detail.
