: SAP QM (Quality Management) Solution Architect with 12+ years' experience.

Core responsibilities

:
+ Design, implement, and optimize complex SAP QM solutions.
+ Ensure solutions align with SAP best practices in quality planning, inspection, control, notifications, and certificate management.
+ Lead architecture and design activities for global/regional rollouts and upgrade projects.
+ Provide guidance to key users and stakeholders on configuration, processes, testing, and validation.
+ Conduct blueprinting, fit-gap analysis, configuration, customization (functional specs for ABAP), testing, data migration, and go-live support.
+ Troubleshoot complex SAP QM issues and support AMS teams.
+ Integrate SAP QM with other SAP modules (MM, PP, SD, PM, EWM, FI-CO, PS) and non-SAP systems (LIMS, MES, PLM, regulatory systems).

Required expertise

:
+ Proven record of leading end-to-end

S/4HANA SAP QM implementations

in pharma/life sciences.
+ Experience in SAP QM upgrade projects and knowledge of new features in latest QM versions.
+ Deep knowledge of QM processes:

- Quality Planning (inspection plans, MICs, sampling procedures)
- Quality Inspection (in-process, goods receipt, goods issue)
- Quality Certificates
- Quality Notifications (Q1-Q4)
- Test Equipment Management
- Stability Study Management
- Audit Management
+ Experience with testing tools and methodologies (e.g., Jira, Tricentis Tosca).

Soft skills

:
+ Strong leadership to supervise senior teams.
+ Excellent English communication skills.
+ Skilled in writing functional design documents following clean core principles.

Nice to have

: Experience in Health & Care industry regulations.
This job can be filled in the UK and anywhere in Europe. Availability to travel for specific moments like Workshops, UATs, Go Lives within Europe (Most Likely Belgium).
