SAP Lead

We are pleased to announce that a fantastic job role has become available for a highly motivated individual to join Kwan Yick UK Ltd. as 'SAP Lead' on a three month fixed-term contract.

Who are Kwan Yick?

Offering the highest quality brands, we are one of the largest suppliers of Oriental foods, sauces and packaging materials to the Chinese catering, wholesale and retail markets in the UK and Ireland.

The successful candidate will;

Have significant experience working with SAP S4 Hana (Public Cloud version for S D & M M)

Have experience working in a fast-paced, busy warehouse, preferably in an administrative job role where they have been responsible for logistics and the reporting of data

Be able to work on their own initiative

Be able to communicate effectively with various employees across the Company and has a strong knowledge of SAP to be able to answer questions about it and provide training to others

Be able to delegate tasks effectively

Be a positive thinker who is able to solve problems quickly

Be confident in their own decision-making

Understand the importance of accuracy, particularly in regards to data reporting

Be motivated, professional and organised

Be confident working with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Be able to adapt to change and demonstrate a willingness to learn company processes in order to assist in the ongoing development of SAP

Be able to follow instructions and work in a manner that prioritises health and safety, as well as quality of work

Have the current and valid right to work in the UK

Please note, this is a full-time job role, offered on a fixed-term basis of three months. The weekly working hours are 42.5 per week (Monday to Friday) and the pay is competitive.

The work location for this job role is in-person and the successful candidate will be required to reliably commute to the Kwan Yick site in Newport, South Wales.
