We're currently hiring a Process Record to Report at Senior Associate Level to support our SAP Projects and Clients. What your days will look like
Providing Leadership and Functional Consulting within SAP S4/HANA Finance projects.
Proactively assisting in the management of a client, reporting to Manager or Senior Manager Level
Assisting in the management and control of client engagements
Developing project strategies to solve complex technical challenges for our clients
Supporting the Managers and Senior Managers across different areas of Record to Report such as Financial Accounting, Intercompany and Consolidation, depending on project scope and across various stages of the project lifecycle
Managing and delivering large projects by developing the project team, assessing engagement risks throughout, driving conclusions, and reviewing / challenging the output produced by the team
Shaping and delivering projects to meet and exceed the expectations of our clients and our own quality criteria
Influencing clients' use of automation/iRPA
This role is for you if
You have significant experience in SAP ECC FICO and S4/HANA Finance Consulting
You are knowledgeable of best practices in GL Accounting, Period End Close (Fast Close), Fixed Assets, Consolidation and Intercompany
You have Experience in Treasury and Tax Compliance and Reporting and are knowledgeable of statutory, fiscal and legal requirements in local markets
You have experience of at least two end to end implementations in SAP ECC FICO and/or S4/HANA Finance projects with a clear understanding of the project lifecycle
Experience in process design and process improvement
An accounting background or qualification would be beneficial but not essential
