What we achieve together

You will support the SAP S/4HANA rollout project by representing the Quality department, ensuring the successful implementation of the QM module from planning to go-live. Your responsibilities will include aligning with local stakeholders and

supporting change management

to ensure smooth adoption of new processes. You will

create training materials

(SOPs) and guide your colleagues through the transition, becoming the department's master user for SAP QM. By executing user acceptance tests (UAT), you will

identify gaps and risks,

ensuring robust solutions are in place before go-live. Together with cross-functional teams, you will

resolve technical and functional issues,

ensuring seamless integration and data migration from ECC to S/4HANA. You will provide

first-level functional support

to the Quality team throughout all project phases, including hypercare and ongoing system usage. #

What makes us successful together

You hold a

degree or equivalent qualification

in engineering, IT, quality management, or a related field. You bring

experience working in a quality team

and are familiar with quality processes in a manufacturing or industrial environment. You have strong

SAP ECC knowledge

; experience with

SAP S/4HANA

and the QM module is highly desirable. You are confident in data cleansing, migration, and testing activities. Experience in

training others and creating SOPs

, as well as involvement in large-scale system transitions, will be an advantage. You are

process-oriented, analytical, and detail-focused.

You bring a can-do attitude, enjoy working independently, and are a strong team player who can influence and collaborate across departments. You

communicate clearly and effectively

with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency throughout all project phases. #
